Registration requires membership first.
Annual membership dues are $20 for an Individual, $25 for a family.

The Beginning Beekeeper class will consist of 3 Saturday sessions of 4 hours each from 8:30am-12:30pm. All 3 days together make up one complete class.

The content includes bee biology, explanation of equipment and tools, the life cycle of the colony and how the beekeeper interacts, and pest management techniques. It is recommended that you do not purchase equipment prior to this class, as we discuss aspects that may influence the type and quality of the equipment.
