We are promoting and suggesting every one use the ride the fair transit system (FTS) and get dropped off at the pavilion, Art deco arena!!!! Or if you would rather pay for parking yourself it is available in designated areas see ground maps for locations at www.tulsastatefair.com premium paid parking cost $20.00 or paid park is $10.00

Monday – Thurs 5pm - 11 pm
Friday 5pm to midnight
Saturday 10am to midnight
Sunday 10 to 11 pm

Please wear the Volunteer badges that will be wore during your shift, leave them at the booth after the shift for the next volunteers.
Please pick up trash and keep booth area neat just like the bees keep their hive
Restock business card and free literature that we have for the public on display at the table for the public any time it runs low. Replacement supplies are located under the table in large plastic totes. It ok be noisy open them up and see what we have!!!!!!
There will be a schedule of all workers and phones of all volunteers in a note book located under table. Note book will be marked in large letters TULSA STATE FAIR ----
Instructions on how to care for the observation hive will also be in that book please read the instructions. In years past we have changed out the observation hive once during the fair.
